Lots of old injuries coming back to bite me! This is my reward :-S for trying to keep fit and healthy in my younger years.

I had my leg fixed... but it's been very stiff, so the specialist recommended another cortisone injection.... had that done on Monday morning.

I've had a few other bothers.... saw the GP, who sent me for a scan & xrays ... had them done on Monday too, at the same clinic I had the cortisone jab.

I now have bursitis in my right shoulder! Arrrrrrrgh. Fortunately I already had an appointment with the physiotherapist yesterday, so instead of working on my leg, he pummeled my shoulder.... I can still feel where he dug his thumbs in!

I managed to hang out some washing this morning, but it wasn't easy.... Himself has gone to golf, he can unpeg it all when he gets home. :-0

One good thing..... lip has healed (got a small cyst removed), so I can wear lippy again. :-D

I know the feeling when bits and pieces of me cause problems, my knees play up with the osteoarthritis, as do my neck and shoulders. Mind you, except for trying to eat healthily, plus the chocolate lol, I don't do a lot of exercise and never really did other than a lot of walking and dancing, and working hard doing outside childcare and cleaning when I had my son.

Hope you feel better soon, try not to overstretch yourself

Saw the GP this morning..... have to get a cortisone jab in the shoulder, and take anti-inflammatories. :-(

Good results on other things.... cholesterol level is 3.5, no problems with sugar (have to watch that, females on Mum's side of the family have problems when they get older), blood pressure is perfect................ yay..........!! :-D
