Trouble adding photos to a Family Member

Hi all,

Im having trouble adding photos on my family tree. When I click on upload, either nothing happens or it takes me to a page with an error that says 'this family member is unavailable as it has been deleted from your family tree' or something. Which it hasn't - the family member is still there. It also won't let me into the Full Profile view.

Is it a browser issue? I found the site seems to run better in Safari than Chrome.

Appreciate any tips!
