what is wrong with them?
the packaging is damaged and they have to be picked up from site so pickup and storage must be added to the cost.

Buy2Let where the landlord has mortgage finance has been a bit of a dead duck for quite a while. It has taken a long, long while for the penny to drop.

OTOH where the landlord is not dependent on mortgage finance residential lettings remain a viable biz with good if unspectacular returns.

Going on current trade auctions though a lot of projects have been canned. A great opportunity for those who are looking to refurbish affordable property in London.

The small time investor might be put off by the new tax coming in.
Glad you've got yourself a bargain. It makes you wonder whats 'wrong' with them.
