I haven't posted for a while but I thought that you would like to see this.

My dear Aunt passed away in February from Alzheimers, so when I received this email on Saturday it brought a tear to my eyes. A wonderful message from a son supporting his father who is suffering from Alzheimer's Disease.

Seventy-nine-year-old Ted McDermott has sung his entire life. He was a Butlin’s Redcoat, then travelled around performing in clubs across the U.K. He was even nicknamed “The Songaminute Man” for the sheer quantity of tracks he knew by heart.

I hope you are all well!
Keep smiling

Watched it several times on facebook

What a joy for dad to have his memory back for a little time

My hubby had Alzheimer too, he had problems with word recall but could talk with no hesitation about big George and others he worked with many years prior ,He would also have great recall of incidences that had happened and every time he told his stories they were the same

The record is released on 23rd September. I must buy it as the profits will go to the Alzheimers Society and the McDermott family.

My mother-in-law had Alzheimers so we like to do our bit.
