	Welcome to the boards Shirley. I don't think you will be doing anything wrong. Lots of people have had trouble lately uploading and downloading gedcoms. Best bet is to contact Genes (although don't hold your breath for an answer too quickly) at:- [email protected] Kath. x

	It does seem that GR have fixed the problem (see Genealogy Chat). It's worth having another try.
