It was a lovely day

The bride was beautiful and her 11 bridesmaids that included her two sisters and a long term frend Eva who is German and was an exchange student many years ago .looked beautiful in pale blue .
Her youngest sister and niece were so sweet in pale cream . They are aged 7 and 5

It was sunny and warm and the wedding venue area was so pretty

After lunch we all all loaded up for a safari tour around the park and saw many animals in the open including two giraffes who ambled past our tour bus.

They had an evening reception too with a really good group that played well known sixties and later tunes that were so easy to dance too

Was a long day but very enjoyable and a very hapyy family day

The happy couple are honeymooning in South Africa for 2 weeks , the first week is on safari

The bride works for a charity as a coordinator events manager

I hope you all have a wonderful day Shirley.

There are tremendous views for miles across the Romney Marsh and the sea from the venue,so I hope the weather stays good for you.
Friday was a glorious day locally, so I hope Lympne is just as good today.

Well the ceremony is outdoors ,weathers permitting , looks ok at the mo

It does include a tour later around the park

Had to dash out today to buy some new shoes , bought two pairs two months ago but they don't fit now as have lost so much weight they are too big , got a nice pair of ankle boots ,wide fit , from M&S that are ok with my palazzo pants I will be wearing

The top I bought is a bit big but too late now to get another.

It's going to be a good day ;-)

Our grandsons eldest step daughter is getting married tomorrow at Port Lymphe Animal Park Hotel Hythe Kent

She and her fiancé are a lovely couple and myself and oh were called big nan and grandad by her and her family

Being invited to the wedding is a big thank you and and acknowledgement of the extended family

Anyone doing a family tree later would find it difficult to follow the trail
