Ah - sorry. For some reason I'd assumed a gedcom.

Newspaper articles do sometimes cause problems. Hope Support can sort it out for you. Do remember that if you used credits to view the item, it only has a short shelf life of either 30 or 90 days. All the more reason to save it to your computer!

Thank you. Its still not working. Im trying to download a newspaper article but just getting a blank screen. I shall contact support.

Welcome to the boards Jennifer.

You didn't actual pay to download the gedcom; you subscribed to post on the boards, possibly search records, and contact other members.

There have been problems up or downloading gedcoms, which have supposedly been fixed.

Have another go. If that doesn't work, contact Support. They aim to reply within 3 working days.

Does anyone know how to contact GR about a paid for Download that took the money but didn't download correctly.?
