Hello all, I have been trying to export my Gedcom but it just keeps going around and nothing happens. I have 147 relations in it so far so it is not huge. I have left it going for over an hour.

If it hasn't sorted its self out by the morning, contact GR to reset and start again

Thank you. I will do that. All new to this and keep getting different info from different sites but being as stubborn as I am I will sort it all in the end.

There is a known problem with GR in that respect. In fact, there are a number of threads on the same subject.

I should report the problem now as they might fix it this afternoon, otherwise you may have to wait until Monday.

It should only take a minute or two to export a GEDCOM for a tree of a few hundred relations.

The problem reported on recent threads was fixed but there does seem to be a continuing problem which stops the output and requires GR to restart the program.
