No, sorry. It's got chilli in it. That's a no no for me. You'd be really surprised when you realise how many restaurant dishes have sneaked it in.

It does look good ,i like the one pot recipes , there's some nice recipes on www.jo cooks .com .
I like the look of the one pot Cheesy Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole.
