Every day I am doing a little bit better now but still have to break everything I do down into it's component parts but generally I can deal with interruption.

Today the plan was to have shepherd's pie for tea because we are on to farm potatoes which mash so I boiled 'em and mashed 'em ready.

When I went to the freezer to get out the Quorn mince there was none there, it was in the freezer in the shed. It might just as well have been in a freezer in Ulaanbaatar because I just could not psych myself up to go out there.

Luckily, I am starting to feel better these days so I was able to turn the spud into cheese pie which is in the oven at this very moment.

I think that the very fact that you could change plans and think up a nutritious alternative meal shows that you have come a long way.

You didn't let it phase you, you worked round it.

Onward and upwards...........

Agree with Gwyn, spontaneous action is good!

Do tell me, where is Ulaanbaatar?

P.s. just googled it, it's the capital of Mongolia. You are brainy, Sharron!
