Do you know about Futurelearn?

It is a site where universities give free on-line taster courses of the subjects they offer. Anybody can take one.

On 16th Jan the University of Strathclyde is offering an on-line genealogy course.

I thought it might be worth a shufty.

I checked on what they offered last time you told us Sharron, it's part of Open University.

I have now completed 18 courses and am completing 3 other courses at the moment. All free and very well done.

Lots of subjects. :-)

They repeat the courses so you can do as few or as many at a time knowing that the courses you've missed will appear in a few months time. I did the genealogy course earlier this year and now it's coming back again. :-D
