Some more attempted humour.
In 1995 after 9 months off work due to pelvic fractures
sustained in a RTA .I was still having some difficulty walking far without sticks
II had taken a while to get walking again. So, I went into a sports shop and bought a skipping rope,
I was fifty years old at the time. My intention was to slowly gradually put some strength back into my legs by skipping.
You think skipping is easy ? kids do it.
Nearly broke it all again trying :-0 :-(
God loves a trier <3
