I did see a link to this ............. and it did say that the 1939 Register was NOT included.

My brother, photo taken in September 1991 just a couple of weeks before he died. ............................................................ To help us and to get better results, please post as much detail as you can, especially name, date(s) and place. Also say what you already know.

It seems to be applicable to either domains, .com or .co.uk and allows access to the world records. If its anything like previous promotions, the 1939 Register might not be included.
