I was given the 0345 number Kath has quoted above to use to ring from another phone and got through ok a fortnight ago. Good luck!

It has this on their website if you are paying a bill:-

Call us now
Please make sure you have your account details to hand when you call.

Call us for free on: 0345 172 0088

Calls to the above number are free from your TalkTalk phone.

Although it says that calls are free from a Talk Talk phone, I'm pretty sure that calls to 0345 numbers from a landline are part of your normal package and are charged at the normal rate.

I got a letter from them in October 2015 and the number on the top was:

0870 444 1820

However, on the top of a December 2015 letter from them I've written a note saying:

Calls to TT line FREE on 0870 087 8038

It would be worth trying the 'free' number first.

Does anyone have a landline no for TalkTalk ?

Son has e-mailed me-his mobile/broadband bill has come in and he cannot pay it as he is en route to US

I can only find a number to call using via talktalk phone-I need to do it from a landline -spent ages searching :-S
