JBA, we've only just started to receive the UK show over here in WA.

The Australian version has been running for some time and I can't help but compare the 'staff' on the two shows. I much prefer the Aussie staff :-D :-D

I don't know which of the UK series we are getting, but it is on tonight (Tuesday) so I'll try to catch the (first) date :-D :-D

It's brilliant! I love it when people get on well and end up in a relationship. Some people are quite obnoxious tho and you can understand why they are alone! I love Fred.

Channel 4 have some excellent programmes especially documentaries

I also love First Dates some are well matched others not so good. I also like watching Gogglebox.

Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

Gogglebox is brilliant, and I love googling various people and finding out more about them, as we meet their families and watch progress of the youngsters. It's certainly done a lot for Scarlett Moffat. She's apparently paid off her parents' mortgage from her earnings, presumably from the offshoot shows she's been on, and now I'm a Celebrity. I miss Dom and Steph and their sausage dog, which seems to have moved in with the two hairdressers lol

Gogglebox is just so watchable? The posh couple in the thatched cottage in Wiltshire, Mary and ?. A few weeks ago her dress matched the wall paper and she just blended in with the background. And June and Leon, she won't allow him any sweets or biscuits.

Mary and Giles, I googled them and learned more about them which was interesting. It explains them a little more.

June and Leon, well, they are like me and o.h. lol Leon has put on lots of weight, after his time at Weight watchers or whoever it was he was with.
