too good to be true - bargain hard drives

As I feared the retail market is being flooded with these drives (Seagate Barracuda) at what look like bargain prices. It is pretty poor that leading retailers are selling this junk though the low prices might give buyers reason for caution. |

A lot of people are buying 3 TB hard drives for local NAS storage as it is a convenient way to store media, photos, movies etc. Using RAID any data failure can be recovered. As ever people look for a bargain. |
