I am just having some of the ice-cream and it is delicious. Very rich, you wouldn't want a lot of it and it didn't really need the nuts but it is lovely. |

I finally got my head around making that coffee ice-cream I said I was going to make to use up that coffee liqueur that had languished in the fridge since I don't know when. Poured the cream in the bowl, opened the tin of condensed milk, went to the fridge to find the coffee liqueur had been knocked over so I used that bit of banana liqueur that had been hanging about in the cupboard and the nuts that were left over from making the Christmas cakes (and that's another story!). |
