That coffee ice-cream.

I am just having some of the ice-cream and it is delicious. Very rich, you wouldn't want a lot of it and it didn't really need the nuts but it is lovely.

Oh yes but it is not frozen yet.

I don't know how much it will freeze but it is very rich and very yummy.

I finally got my head around making that coffee ice-cream I said I was going to make to use up that coffee liqueur that had languished in the fridge since I don't know when. Poured the cream in the bowl, opened the tin of condensed milk, went to the fridge to find the coffee liqueur had been knocked over so I used that bit of banana liqueur that had been hanging about in the cupboard and the nuts that were left over from making the Christmas cakes (and that's another story!).

It is in the freezer now and I can't wait!
