I don't do sherry, AnnC, mainly dry red wine.

That's a term that has always puzzled me, 'dry wine'. It usually feels wet to me :-S

Ah well! Back to my project to invent dehydrated water :-D

A couple of obscure scientific facts:

Newton not only postulated the Laws of Motion, he also invented the fig roll

Boyles Law was not originally about volumes of gasses but about the temperature at which water begins to bubble rapidly and gives of copious amounts of steam
