I suppose some people thought Fred and Rose West
where nice people :-(
Until some nice Police men and women
dug their garden over :-(

Technically Fred was not convicted in a Court of law
He killed himself before he went to Trail
even though we know he was guilty
So do we class him as Innocent ???

Until some nice Police men and women
dug their garden over :-(

If you're going to come back with the family are so powerful they can control everyone and everything then I seriously think we should regard them as more public enemy number one.... who is going to start the petition and the rallies in London and every student town...forget Trump he's old news.......

Caroline Report 2 Feb 2017 16:21

Okay joking aside because that translated article is giving me a headache.......IF....he was so right and so sure of his facts.....how come not one other police officer or any official of any type has had the backbone to stand up in a court of law and prove beyond responsible doubt that the family were guilty of at least manslaughter ??

No come on seriously why ???

Caroline

Caroline Report 2 Feb 2017 16:17

JUDGE'S DECISION REVIVES SUSPICIONS ABOUT MADELEINE MCCANN'S PARENTS
The Supreme Court of Portugal put an end to a legal claim that the parents of the girl Madeleine McCann had performed against a Portuguese detective who published a book about the disappearance incriminating small.
Gerry and Kate McCann sued Gonçalo Amaral, a former US detective who wrote a tome in 2008 in which he accused Maddie's parents of having concealed the death of his own daughter.
By 2015 the McCanns had won a first instance of the trial against Amaral, but this morning, after a new appeal, the highest court in that country established that it was not appropriate to give rise to the claim of English marriage.
Madeleine's parents, the little girl who disappeared from a Portuguese resort on May 3, 2007, had argued that her honor had been violated by what Amaral wrote. However, the Court noted that "the exercise of their freedom of expression" was a right that was above the claim of the parents.
"The exercise of freedom of expression (which did Amaral) is not considered abusive and is within the allowable limits in a society open and democratic, which excludes the illegality of possible damage the honor to McCann , " said the ruling.
Amaral was one of the detectives who led the first investigations into the disappearance of Madeleine. Later, outside the case , he wrote the truth from falsehood, which indicated that McCann had concealed the death of the child.
In April 2015, a judge ordered that Amaral had to pay 500,000 euros in compensation for the concepts overturned in the book. However, a year later, a later appeal proved him right. Finally, it was the Supreme Court that put an end to the dispute. The last instance left to the parents is to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
They believed that Amaral won around 400 thousand euros in concept sales of his book. In its pages he says that "Maddie" died inside the apartment rented by parents in Portugal and faked an alleged kidnapping to cover up the tragedy.
Amaral was section of investigation after publicly questioning the work of their British counterparts. From that moment, he dedicated himself to writing the book that outraged the victim's parents

I've seen many photo fit pictures over the years, some in the end did turn out to be very accurate....many were nothing more than a good guess. I'd be hopeless at doing one, even if I had to describe someone I maybe saw regularly. The trouble is the timing ....if you wait a while then ask people to describe the person they last saw Maddie with how do you know they don't confuse press pictures with real memories.....it's funny how peoples brains work it's very similar to people thinking they really are friends with the Dingles for instances in real life.....

JoyBoroAngel Report 2 Feb 2017 15:58

They supressed evidence of the photo fit pics
They where not made public for years

Because they looked like Gerry

Caroline

Caroline Report 2 Feb 2017 15:56

Well the argument would be if they didn't sue some of these people then other people might believe them when they say the World is flat so to speak, therefore possibly stopping real evidence from coming forward.

As for fancy goods I do love a nice fancy cake once in a while don't you chuck...though you can't dunk them in your tea.

JoyBoroAngel

JoyBoroAngel Report 2 Feb 2017 15:49

And its immoral to use money sent to find a child
on Suing people Mortages' and fancy goods

Don't for get £500thousand on a undisclosed venture :-(
Its not their money
Maddie is ward of court

The court should be controlling the fund not them :-( :-(

Caroline Report 2 Feb 2017 15:48

Oh wow if we're bringing in Lisa Riley as an expert witness then I bow down in the face of a superior argument....I know when I'm well and truly backed into the corner.
Though I wonder what angle William Roache would take on this issue or June Brown ???

Guinevere

Guinevere Report 2 Feb 2017 15:41

The web is awash with conspiracy theories and the loons that invent them. Self publicity from people with no connection is nauseating.

And, I reiterate, it's immoral to make money from other people's misery.

LISA RILEY: 'I WENT TO PORTUGAL TO SEE WHERE MADELEINE MCCANN WENT MISSING!'
Lisa revealed today she visited Praia Da Luz in Portugal to investigate how Madeleine McCann went missing.
Lisa was so obsessed with the case that she travelled to the resort where Maddy was last seen and worked out how far the family’s holiday apartment was from the restaurant Kate and Gerry McCann dined in the night their daughter went missing in 2007.
'I didn’t want to judge Kate, so I got the book and I read it and I have to admit, chapter by chapter I kept changing my opinion of her,' Lisa said.
'When I was in the Algarve I did actually go and I went to the holiday complex where they were,' Lisa explained. 'I kind of wanted to judge where the restaurant was myself and the actual distance to the apartment.
'I haven’t got kids… would I have done it [left the kids alone]? No I wouldn’t. It’s a long way, it is a long way. I personally couldn’t have done that.'
