So the media announce that because of the floods etc in Spain there is a shortage of veg (well who had not guessed thatw as going to happen? Then people in their wisdom are panic buying veg. One woman was actually pleased because she 'managed' to get 3 Iceberg lettuces. What is going to happen to those? Do her family really eat three large lettuce before they can go off. Talk about causing a shortage. and anyone would think it was all veg thatw ere short. Unfortunately people panic buying will now create a shortage. And how much of that is going to be wasted. People are so stupid. :-( :-(
