Have you tried Google??

If she was "well known" there should be something ............. even if it is an obituary or death notice in the local Oldham paper.

Oldham Chronicle

what is your connection to her?

There was a Lily Turner of 102 Heyside Royton Oldham who died on 31 May 1994, in the probate list. If that is a possibility you could, for £10, download the will, which might indicate a bequest to Crufts or some such.

1978 - Midland Counties Canine Society Lily Turner

an interview in 2006 refers to her as the late Lily Turner https://www.ourdogs.co.uk/News/2006/January2006/News200106/lester.htm

Might this lady still be around -

......... This was great experience as I have stewarded for many of the top all rounders - Joe Braddon, Percy Whittaker, Fred Curnow, Lily Turner, to name but a few.

Kennel Club or Crufts should have some information.
