	afternoon all from a very cold windy Cardiff :-D :-D <3 <3 I did something to my left knee just over two weeks ago - failed to get a GP appt. so went there this morning and said I would wait until someone would see me as the pain is excruciating - waited two hours - for stronger pain killers and an X-Ray referral. Phone UHW for an appointment only to be told the next available appointment is a week tomorrow!!! Daughter in law managed to get me an appt. this pm at another hospital so am waiting for her to pick me up - the NHS has gone to the dogs!!!

	Good afternoon everyone. <3 :-D Love your latest, Fly. <3 :-D I recall you mentioned your knee on another thread, AnnC. I hope there's nothing too wrong and they will only need to strap it up a bit. Been out all morning and got back, put the shopping away and put the kettle on. It's very mild here, sun is out and there's a little breeze.

	I have a pair of smelly footy boots on my back step. :-D Shall be taking the young un to footy practice so won't be back on here tonight. His footy team won at weekend and he also gained his blue belt in his martial arts/self-defence class; all-in-all a super weekend for him. His Mum's back tonight so no sleepover at ours. <3 :-D I shall either keep fit or fade away with all the keeping up I do (Kidding!). :-0 I love it really. <3 :-D
