Sorry to read you are suffering pain AnnC. I found a TENS machine really helpful when I had pulled ligaments in both knees. Acupuncture also worked to ease the
pain too. Both non invasive and no strong tablets to cause nasty side effects either.

thanks everyone for the sympathy!!! neighbours lent me a TENS machine but still truing to work it out!! Now then, a highly blinged crutch!!! :-D :-D

My brother had both his knees replaced years ago - it means he can't kneel - but he's never prayed anyway.
One leg is mainly metal - the result of being T-boned twice riding motorbikes (which he still does).
He has a bit of occasional pain now (15 odd years after the event), but it's believed to be due to his lugging the shopping on and off the community bus he drives. :-S
