	Terrorism is something only engaged in by very stupid people as it never produces a result and most often makes life difficult / impossible for those who the terrorists are supposedly saving. Most likely ISL's friends the Chechens are responsible. They have a bit more brain than ISL Don t believe in 7 virgins and realise that the supply of selfie bombers is limited. Usually with terrorists a leader gets control and agrees some sort of peace. In the case of ISL the leaders are being decimated at such a rate this is not happening. So there will be lots more of this kind of thing. Considering the extensive financial support of ISL by the Qataris the +ve spin given to another few billion shoved into the London property mkt is curious. Desperate times. Desperate measures.
