Note
If you will not complete the refund form you will not be able to claim your remain tax online.
A refund can de delayed for a variety of reasons for example submitting invalid information.
...
If they are trying to scam, why address it to ricki.rensch when that's not my name, and why would they pay a refund on to a debit or credit card?? :-S :-S :-D :-D

They usually just send me a letter telling me it will arrive in 2 weeks.
Then I either:
1) Open the other letter that arrived that day, containing the cheque, or
2) Wait up to 6 weeks!!!

I notice the (obligatory) bad grammar in your e-mail too :-D :-D

I received one recently too but I forwarded it to HMRC.

I wasn't fooled for a second as I could clearly see that the email came from domain ending in .lt which is.....Lithuania !
