So pleased you had a lovely time, Shirley, and created more memories with your geanddaughter, who is obviously very thoughtful and supportive.

Been up to London today, just got home

My birthday pressie from my granddaughter was tickets to Threatre Royal Drury Lane to see 42nd Street with Sheena Easton playing the role of Dorothy Brock

She was great, her voice is better than ever and very powerful

The tap dancing / choreography was way up the tops . They had a standing ovation at the end and did a tap dancing routine as an encore

It was a packed house even though it was a matinee performance

The energy those guys and girl dancers have is phenomenal . The costumes too were really great and they had many costume changes

A wonderful afternoon folowerd by a meal at an Italian restaurant just around from the theatre
