Maybe these judges are of a different level...being higher they don't care/get caught after all one wouldn't have a quiet little cheeky glass in the snug with just any old judge. :-) |

Well, theres a thing. The Judge in the case is Mr Justice Mann. So he has been discussing the case with a member of the public. Or he has revealed confidential matters to another judge who has been blabbing to some random member of the public. Have you any inkling of how serious a matter that is? Have you declared your conversation with this judge to both parties? It's absolute dynamite which could change everything. You present a serious moral dilemma if this is the case. You may want to reconsider that allegation! |

Thought they didn't go in but couldn't be bothered to Google it if I'm honest, it was just when Rollo inferred they'd gone in with the police. So basically they were filming what was in the public view anyway, albeit they were tipped off the raid was going to happen, which is obviously wrong. |

No, thats actually wrong. The only people with rights to to enter are those named on the warrant. Medical staff are never named - there is an implicit right of entry to save life. Bu tthey won't go in as a matter of course. In 32 years I never ever heard of a pathologist going into premises on a search warrant or any other warrant. Why would he (or she?) A warrant to enter premises always names those it applies to and what may be searched for. Any videos and photos are subject to the DPA and RIPA. |

Remind me did the camera crews actually go into the property or just happened to be waiting outside as the police turned up? |

I think he is right to sue after all the the police must have informed the BBC that they were going to search Cliffs house or if they had not informed them they should have told them to stop Fleming. |

I hope someone in the police is hung out to dry. Very unprofessional behaviour. |

Everyone is equal before the law whenever the contesting parties have equal financial resources & a slither of political influence. |

I really have no idea as to the strength of his case but I am pleased to see somebody who has the wealth to do so suing the big corporations. |
