I have a friend with Family in Knysna. Very scary for all there right now :-(

Terrible fires along the Garden Route between Cape Town and Port Elizabeth. Knysna being the worst hit.
Everywhere is so dry, the dams are almost empty. The winds have been strong but are receding now.

Having been along that route it's such a shame because it's so beautiful.
Unfortunately lives cannot be replaced but buildings can.
The flora and fauna will just regenerate over time.
