well the microsoft line seems not to have much impact now,they have had a revamp on a newer idea.

I'd be inclined to just demand a new router as the old one must be out of date :-D

Now its not the PC, but router trouble,,,,dont give your line suppliers name BT /Virgin etc or another call will say they are from them.

?? from BT opnreach is one opening line.
