I'm seriously thinking about not bothering to renew my UK subscription with them, they have so many freebie weekends these days!

Joan I am a member of Find My Past and have just had an e-mail from them to say as viewing the free docs. this weekend is part of my subscription they are giving me an extension of 3 days to my subscription in lieu.

I decided to look into my Norfolk roots, to see what records are available for them on FMP.

I was given details for this branch some years ago, which goes way back, but it's the only part I'd not researched myself. Although there's quite a bit online cos of Huguenot connections from Holland.

Then funnily, I had an email from them today with the Find My Past Friday records..... and guess what ..... NORFOLK RECORDS :-D :-D :-D

I have found some original documents from the early 1700s which look really promising!

I think there are Norfolk PR's on Family Search Jem :-)

I've got one family from Norfolk but only by marriage.
