How do I contact genes reunited????

............ best to get used to there being a phantom 3 messages, and open messages only when the number is higher than 3.


As Nyx said, we have not heard from any technical staff working on GR since the best technician of all left the company. I only really know of 1 name that seems to be attached to all emails sent to members, and that person also works on FMP member contact.

James, without wishing to sound pessimistic, my own 'unread messages' 5 to date none of which exist. I know of others who have a similar problem, and they have had those non existent messages showing for a long time.

As far as one can tell the "technical department" of GR does not exist, parts of the site have been broken for nearly three years...do not hold your breath!

Many Thanks to all who have responded to my appeal.
GR Support have contacted me and after a few emails back & forth trying to convey my complaint, they have now taken it onboard and put it into the hands of their technical department.

If you click on HELP at the top of the page then Contact Us is the first item in the first list.

not too sure about this, but at one time I think that I used to get contact emails, regarding messages from GR respondents,, and Both had to be read before the advisory notice went...

Ie read the email, AND read the message....otherwise the "unread message" message stayed put....

GR says they try to respond to emails within 3 working days.

They work Monday to Friday, about 8 or 8:30 am to about 4:30 pm

They do not work weekends or holidays.

Don't expect a very quick reply though. They don't work weekends.

I would ignore the message about unread messages. They seem to go out quite often - usually when there aren't any!!

I put a message out for a possible contact that seemed to have been ignored. I have one message at 00.01 this morning from GR telling me I have 3 unread messages.
My inbox shows - none. I cannot seem to find a 'contact us' heading.
Might someone out there know how to overcome this problem?
