Thank you for your reply.
No one has this lady on their tree. Birth cert has been got.
Without giving away my friends private life no one has made contact on adoption front.
No other children found. No marriage or death under that name.
No matches.possibly met someone took their name without marriage or indeed changed her name.

Brick wall unless this lady or someone who knows the story my friend knows comes forward.

Assuming Margaret went on to live a blameless life, she may not appreciate her past becoming public knowledge.

Have you used the search all trees facility, top right under search, to see if anyone lists her?
Does your friend know where she was born? Freebmd shows a birth in Sussex & another one in Cornwall. If your friend isn't a sibling, it might be possible to see if there were any & look for them.

Without out invading your friend's privacy... if she was given up for adoption rather than taken into care, she could register on the adoption contact register, If Margaret or a close relative has done the same, the system should match them.

Hi

Can anyone help does anyone know of a Margaret Ann Sweeney? She was in Holloway in the 1960's (1963/4)

I am doing a search for a friend and would like to know if anyone out there know a lady by this name she was born in 1943.

If you know or you are her reading this per chance please get in touch it is urgent.
