I agree it's when you feel ready

Mine was a picture of my hubbies grandmother and her sister take when they were young. I changed it over with a picture of my hubby at his .80th burthday lunch after he passed away in 2015

When I am ready I may change it but there's no rush

My avatar is my Minx, the last photo of her, one done in pencil that night. I put it there 25/6 2015 and never changed it
even my FB has Minx . i have 2 more beautiful dogs as well as my gorgeous oldie Mini
when do I let Minx go
