There does not seem to be a facility on a person's record to enter details of their census information. Am I missing something?

There isn't a specifc place as such. Most people would put the details in the 'Notes' box.

If you've used your membership sub or credits to view an image, download it to your computer then back up to your keepsafe. That way it's always available to you even when your sub or credit life has expired. You can link the census image to each of the named individuals.
