	Every time I come onto these threads, I am reminded how splendid it is to be still alive. I'm not looking forward to nor in any great rush to reach the inevitable alternative. My next goal is to hang on till Brexit is concluded sometime during this millennium - or perhaps Theresa May says something new & excitingly unexpected on a Monday morning - snap elections excluded. Tell me, all you great philosophers, why are jaw-dropping political announcements made on the steps of No.10? No room inside? The cleaner hasn't finished yet? Himself is upstairs doing the ironing - whatever that is? Must go now. The cat's teeth need brushing. The bugger has some mighty claws when antagonised.

	Morning to you even though it's after 1 pm here. Dog now inside asleep. Must concentrate on what to do for lunch - trouble is I'm not hungry. Cheese, pate or banana? Decisions, decisions, decisions! Trouble is I was out last night for a meal, out tonight and tomorrow and from what was said last night, possibly Friday :-0 Have visitors coming this afternoon and staying for 10 days. :-D
