The sun is breaking through at the moment so I think it is going to be a nice day.

GinN and hubby are picking me up from home shortly and we will be going for lunch at North Shields. Met them on Monday night in Newcastle and we had a great evening.

Well it didn't last started raining about 11.30 but we managed to get out to the restaurant and not get too wet .
It was dryer as we went along so think it was just local at the start

Managed too to get back to the car in just a fine drizzle but it started chucking it down the nearer we got to home

All indoors now and not too wet putting the car in the garage and hoofing it pretty quickly down the garden path

The cat decided to he wanted out as grandson came in but then decided nope think I will give it a miss .

Hiya Von :-D <3 I have been with her all morning she is doing okish, still uncomfortable and we are trying to entice her with things she likes to eat as her appetite is zero at the mo :-0 . She had all the little ones visiting today which perked her up no end :-D :-D <3

I used to give the children instant whip or angel delight to get them to eat if they weren't well. Both loved them and both desserts contain lots of milk. :-D

I certainly is Von, mind you Dad got brownie points this morning, he went and did some shopping and brought her home a tin of syrup :-0 she put it on toast and then was like heaven to her lol...to me it is a double YUK YUK :-S :-S

Sis about 15 minutes away. :-D <3

You can get strawberry Complan it's supposed to be good for those unable to eat.

Make sure she gets plenty of calcium - the body needs it to heal.

I have had Complan Pat, forgot all about it will mention it to her later...thanks <3 <3
