Sometimes in the UK, otherwise I lived in both Germany and Spain. I also have had private health insurance since I was 18 when it was dirt cheap.

My country of choice is Guatemala, of course.

Impecunious? Crabby - certainly. However I object to old and skint...lol.

As I said previously some people do spout crap

Referring back to the OP, it seems nature has lately shown itself again to be very dangerously powerful & unpredictable - a tad like the NK Dictator.

Trouble is, the proposed Mexican wall, whenever it is established. will provide little protection against the likes of 'Hurricane Harvey'. Noah's Ark is rotting away in dry dock.

Meanwhile, we continue to have to endure a tsunami of political diarrhoea.
