Notwithstanding the "we are ready to help", there is no link enabling to contact the Support Team. Only access to FAQ's. How can one contact this "Support Team"?

This does (well, does for me) get you to the full onsite contact form:-

http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/help/contact

This is from my 'notes'. I have forgotten how to reach this page whilst onsite. So copy the address into a new tab whilst logged in. And try.

It may well open one of my email addresses, in which case change it. Or it may open with yours...........

Inky1 - it opens in the person's user name, presuambly once they've logged in. In my case it's 'from +++DetEcTive+++ and the associated email address.

Just logged out and tried the link again. All fields were blank allowing to the user to in-fill their own.

They make it as hard as possible to contact them but if you do manage to get an email as you've been given here they will answer you but not as a rule during the weekends.
Good luck....unless one of us can help you with your enquiry?

You can click on Help > Contact Us and then select Abuse. That brings up a form, change the Department from Abuse to Support by clicking on the dropdown menu.

Then fill in the message box with your problem details.

The Contact Form can be accessed via certain FAQ pages - e.g.

i) Click on Help
ii) Select the 10 most frequently asked questions
iii) Select 'I need an instant password reminder'
iv) Then, in the pane on the right, click on the link 'Customer Support Team'
