Well, it seems nobody has informed Genes that the e mail alerts for watched threads is not happening. They are going to look into it now.

what do you expect with seemingly only 1 staff member looking out for us ................ and using FMP office, phone numbers etc?

Yes, they seem to have stopped and I regret that a lot. Watched threads relating to my ow f.h. Are one reason I remain a member. I expect it is a bug but Gr do not seem in in any rush to fix bugs eg advanced search still not fixed.

I only have about 4 Watched threads ...... never ever had an email about them, but that isn't surprising as no-one has ever added to them :-D

I use My Threads all the time.


NOTE:- I didn't get an email to warn me that my sub would be due in 4 weeks time, even though I had it set up to receive an email.

I have had them regularly until 11 August Vera but now they have just stopped.

I stopped getting them a few years ago!!! I no longer bother to add to Watched Threads.

Has anyone else stopped getting email alerts when watched threads are added to? I have not had any for several days now even when threads are added to.
