Same principle- the MC would give their ages, occupation and the names of their respective fathers.

Added - perhaps we'd be better off asking you what you do know, and where you've got 'stuck'?

Charlotte - the first step, if you don't want to ask your father, is to find out his parents names by buying a copy of his birth certificate.

Although I'd looked for a possible marriage for his parents, using the mmn, there doesn't seem to be one 1930-1950. This could be because
- they never married
- they weren't married in England or Wales
- his mother, Ms M, had previously been married to someone else, and that's the surname subsequently used to marry Mr Warby.

Wonder if anyone could help.
Im trying to do a family tree on my dads side but due to him being an only child i am struggling. Is there anyone that can help. It would be greatly appreciated.
