	I grow my lemon balm in a pot so no problem with it spreading and not so far down to pick it either! I pick the small young leaves and add them to a chicken sandwich to make a nice change. :-) They used to put herbs on the floor in olden times and the trampling of them would release the aromas so you could try it Sharron. I expect putting them in your slippers might work just as well and make less mess!! :-) :-) ;-) I might try some of my spearmint in mine!
