Did you enjoy your trip out today. We're out tomorrow. Going across to the east of the island. Will take about 80 minutes to get there. Don't know what time we'll start but we are having lunch over there. |

I can't cut out meals but I only have a small lunch usually. I'll have a small breakfast, have lunch then see how hungry in the evening but I will eat in the evening I'll just see how much I need. |
