OH has just come in with a net of pickling onions from the market so, once I have finished peeling this cartload of apples, I have a net of onions to get ready.

So true, what they say of the wicked.

How soon before you will find the urge to try them Sharron......or do you still have a supply from previous weeps?

Not until Christmas.

I am not sure if I still have a jar in the cupboard but I do have some Tesco onions that somebody gave me. They use rubbish vinegar so I fish them out and put them in my own vinegar.

About half the sack of onions is brining now. A dirty gurt bowl full.

I don't have a lot of trouble with onions. OH does, he had to go out a couple of times when I was doing them.

Think I must be quite tough about the eyes because I never had arc eye either.
