Dream, and not one I want again!

I dream, not always bad dreams, but always with their own logic and story, but last night's was very different :-0

In the dream, I set out to go and buy some food in an ordinary way, but the shops were not what I expected to find, a small stone built shop with very basic provisions, I bought something there but then walked along the street, which was no where I know...and it all changed, I was aware in a way that I had collapsed, and that the new scene was possibly in an 'Afterlife' or possibly a 'dream' I was having while I was lying unconscious in the first dream :-S

The scenes kept changing and I was aware I was trying to get somewhere, even if it was back in to my body in the first dream,

but here's the major difference to any dream I have ever had, the dream within the dream was in ultra high definition visually... like the best and clearest film and then some ( especially given my eyesight) the blue was bluer, lines sharper, etc. Which was the good bit...but the fact I couldn't wake myself from the dream within the dream was frightening.

Have you been having food or drinks with sweetener in?

I started having vivid dreams last year. When I went to UK I had 3 cups of tea a day as usual but decided to drink water instead of water and soft drinks as I was doing here. The soft drinks had sweetener in. The dreams vanished in UK but returned here so I stopped drinking the soft drinks - no more vivid and disturbing dreams.

There is info on the net.

Pat, no I don't have sweeteners, and don't drink cold drinks with them in. I have always had very clear dreams, but with ordinary vision so to speak. Aside from the inability to wake myself, the strangest part of it was that I was aware in the dream within the dream that everything was in a definition beyond 'normal'.

How odd!

Thought I'd better tell you of my experience as I was getting horrid dreams so I was waking very tense. It was a simple fix for me but if you don't have sweeteners it's of no help. Never mind :-D
