Honestly, Maggie, would any of us cast aspersions?

"sniggers"

:-D :-D :-D

Seriously, I do hope that the only serious damage was to your pride and to your dignity :-)

:-D :-D :-D

...I feel I may have sore bits next week.
I had an amazing fall in Tesco's today.
It was a bit classical - I slipped on a bit of banana!!
Should have had it recorded, as I hit my head, and now have sore ribs.
I felt my foot going, 'restabled'.myself then found myself on the floor!
A man and his son looked on in disbelief - he thought I'd changed my mind on which direction I was going.
Then they found the banana - same colour as the floor.

A supervisor was there in a few seconds - offered first aid, but as I pointed out, concussion wouldn't show itself immediately - and I hadn't broken anything - (though my ribs ARE a bit sore now - but not where I thought I fell), and I presume it's on CCTV.
(Secretly, I'd love to see it!!) :-D :-D :-D

I would like to point out, I'd only had a half of speckled hen in Marlborough, an hour before, before aspersions are cast :-P

Well, let's just say, I don't remember dancing on a table - and there are no photo's of me on a table on Facebook - so, no I didn't fall off a table!!

However, a member of the band wrote 'Come on Eileen'.
My pished sister, her daughter, and daughter's friend, thought it would be a good idea to sing the song (with microphone) in homage to the bloke behind them.

They appeared to not know the words!!
I do remember shouting the words at them - then apologising profusely to the man for their behaviour!!

I mean - it's not as if the words are difficult to remember!!!

My bones were aching, my hip felt dislocated - then I realised why.
Last weekend my nephew got married.

After the 'official' bit in Chichester, the celebrations (and an 'unofficial', hilarious 'ceremony') were held at a campsite.
The wedding (and guests) were the only occupants.
I had been given a tent - with no erection instructions. :-(
45 minutes later - it was up :-D
Many bubbles were blown, alcohol consumed - and the band Rudi and the Revolvers (mainly Ska music) were excellent - you couldn't help but dance. . :-D

Hence my aching bones -it took me a while to realise why I was hurting!! :-(
