It was mighty windy the previous night too but it was cold last winter and he still made me freeze my tits off with the cat flap wedged open for him!

It'll soon be much colder in the evening so you could well get a result. :-D

Last night, the feral cat I have been feeding for a couple of years, came in for his first course and, quite deliberately, knowing I was watching him, moved round his bowl so he was eating with his back to me.

Later, when I was busting for a wee and was just getting up to have one and go to bed, this involves getting up and kicking the leg rest back, I looked out into the kitchen mid-hoist, and made out the shape of Shadow looking at me.

I talked to him and he lay down on the floor and listened before going to his bowl for afters. As he was leaving, I called him a couple of times and he hesitated.

I do so hope he is considering a change of abode rather than be a wild percy through another winter.
