Early each morning, a couple of elderly ladies can be spotted swimming out from our local beach.

A regular occurrence, I am told. No doubt they enjoy a hot shower on returning indoors.

As much as I love having a hot water tank & an airing cupboard, you never run out of hot water with a condenser boiler!

Aged father left the hot tap running during the night when he was staying. Our son was not a happy bunny when he jumped under a freezing cold early morning shower.

We have been doing the food shop and out all morning. Came back, tried to run hot water, not hot water, stone cold. Checked the boiler, seemed ok, checked bathroom (keeping fingers crossed as I was last in there) OH just checked cloakroom yep hot tap running!!!! He couldn't get out of that as he knew he went in there before we went out. :-) :-( And, do you know? He never said a cross word!!! :-D :-D that will put gas and water bills up a bit!!
