Membership Lapses and Replies

I have recently contacted three people regarding a particular name in their tree and to date had no response.

My first thoughts are have their memberships lapsed and is there a way of finding this out?

There may be other reasons for the non reply I guess too............

Have you checked your sent mail? If there are unopened envelopes next to their name then they have not seen your messages. Sometimes people don't answer messages for ages because they have given up checking on here.
