Well I searched Edward Ashmore on ancestry which I don't subscribe to and it came up with a match on a tree and his spouse was Catherine Dickenson and the details of the 1841 census matched, so I did a birth search for Catherine Dickenson and found one born 1790 in painswick Gloucestershire which is the details on the census of 1841 when they lived in shefgield |
