Cooking time help needed

Just made a **wELSH SAVOURY SUPPER** put put in grated carrots,grated parsnips
and baked it for an hour then put Grated Mozzarella on top.put it back in the oven for 10 minutes.

Thank you all for your kind advice. I will certainly give it another try. OH used to have this meal before going off to play football, now he'll probably just fall asleep.

I do pan haggerty on top of the stove for about an hour (or however long I leave it there!).

That is sliced onion, sliced potato and cheese.

I used to do a similar recipe which also had a layer of bacon in it. I think it went in at 160 fan oven for about an hour. Really as long as you check that the potato is cooked you could just play it by ear.

Some years ago I found a recipe for something called 'welsh savoury supper'. It consisted of:
layers of sliced potatoes
layers of sliced onion
sprinkle of flour
drop of milk
layer of grated chese
all repeated until last layer of cheese

Thing is, I can't remember how long to cook it & at what temperature (electric fan oven)
Delicious with crispy bacon rashers.
